Updated NAIFA-Nebraska Bylaws

On May 22, 2018, NAIFA leaders voted to modernize the association’s national bylaws with a new structure that will create a more powerful and collective voice in insurance and financial services. This event marked a watershed moment in NAIFA’s history, with a New NAIFA that will benefit you, companies, the industry and consumers.

In conjunction with this "NAIFA 2020" implementation plan, NAIFA has provided all State Associaitons with new model bylaws that mirror the national bylaws that are likewise designed to help streamline and simplify operations while improving the membership experience for ALL NAIFA members.

The NAIFA-Nebraska Board of Directors has reviewed the new model State bylaws and used the model to make updates to the NAIFA-Nebraska bylaws that reflect the recommended changes and revisions in the state model.  The updated NAIFA-Nebraska bylaws will be voted on at the annual business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 1 in Lincoln prior to the 2019 Insurance Leaders Forum.
